Six-year dormant whales, estimated to have sold $399 million ETH just before the market crash

SpotOnChain via X: “Two Ethereum whale addresses that had been dormant for about six years deposited 135,548 ETH ($399 million) into Bitfinex just before the market crash (eight hours ago). The whale addresses were found to have accumulated $20.8 million worth of ETH at a price of $153.65 per ETH on January 5, 2019, and are currently recording unrealized profits of $378.3 million,” the analysis said.
