SEC expected to announce whether to approve ETH spot ETF around 4pm

Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas tweeted on his X. “We expect the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to make an announcement on an Ethereum spot ETF around 4 p.m. local time tomorrow (Nov. 23). Previously, the Bitcoin spot ETF was announced around 3:45pm. In the past, it's been announced a little after 4pm. Anything is possible,” he said. Another Bloomberg ETF analyst, James Seifart, said: “I agree with him. “There's no set time, but it's expected to be around the close of the U.S. market. It could be late morning, but I don't think that's likely. “Maybe someone will hack into the SEC account and announce the rejection around 2 p.m. ET, but I don't think that's likely.”
