MetaGalaxy to sell NFTs at GS25..."Korea's first convenience store offline NFT"
MetaGalaxia announced today that it will begin offline sales of NFTs (non-fungible tokens) at GS25 convenience stores, the first in Korea. This will allow customers to purchase and hold NFTs issued and sold by MetaGalaxia at convenience stores. Metagalaxy is operated by Galaxy Metaverse. The NFTs sold at GS25 convenience stores from today are seven animal fashion illustration NFT works by webtoon artist Gundigi. They can be purchased using the 'Convenience Store Cash' menu in the mobile app 'Our Neighborhood GS'. Select the desired NFT from the menu and pay with cash at the convenience store counter.
The purchased NFTs can be viewed in 'My Collection' by registering a voucher PIN number on the MetaGalaxy site. If you enter your shipping address, you will also receive a T-shirt with an illustration of the purchased NFT as a perk. MetaGalaxy is the first NFT platform to introduce a shipping address input function to make it convenient to receive NFT-related products.
