Crypto miners focus on finding new revenue streams through AI computing

Brian Dixon, CEO of Off The Chain Capital, an investment fund specializing in cryptocurrencies, said miners have a huge growth opportunity with AI computing. “Miners have traditionally relied on Bitcoin rewards as their primary source of income, but new revenue streams around AI are emerging. They can provide computing power to tech giants like Google, Microsoft, and Amazon. We'll see more partnerships between global tech companies and bitcoin miners,” said Dr. Javier Gutierrez, CEO of the Bitcoin Mining Association. “Global tech companies have two options. They have two options: collaborate with a mining company that specializes in AI computing or acquire a data center.”
