Animoca Brands to consider listing on Hong Kong or Middle East stock markets as early as next year

Yat Siu, co-founder of NFT and blockchain game developer and investor Animoca Brands, said on June 26 that the company is "considering listing on Hong Kong and Middle East bourses as early as next year," according to Deinformation. "We have been in talks with investment banks to list, but we have not yet hired an advisor," he added. As of 2022, Animocha Brands is valued at approximately $5.9 billion. The company was previously listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) in 2015, but was delisted in 2020, citing a lack of accounting transparency due to a delay in filing financial audited reports. This is the company's second attempt to list on the stock market.
