Arthur Hayes "Heard a big name in the industry is dumping crypto"
BitMEX co-founder Arthur Hayes tweeted on his X, "I've heard from friends in TradFi that a big name in the industry is getting rid of all his crypto holdings. I'm not going to name names because I can't confirm if it's true."
Meanwhile, market maker JumpCrypto has been in the spotlight following Arthur Hayes' tweet. Crypto market maker Jump Crypto recently unstaked $410 million worth of Ethereum (ETH) and deposited $190 million of it to centralized exchanges (CEXs) such as Binance and OKX, Cointelegraph reported, citing Arkham data. Currently, JumpCrypto holds $125.8 million in staked ETH, including $116 million worth of wstETH.
